Site blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the images.
Also contained in this new document drop is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section identifying distinct areas of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for boat shelters.
